Europe's First Evian Spa Opens at Hôtel Royal, France

Hôtel Royal in Evian-les-Bains, France, proudly unveils Europe's first Evian Spa, following a year-long renovation of its wellness facilities. This 1,700 square meter sanctuary encapsulates the essence of revitalization, inspired by the journey of Evian mineral water from celestial origins through alpine terrains.

The spa's unique concept, first launched in Japan in 2012, is now accessible at five global locations, including Evian-Les-Bains. The experience is divided into four thematic areas: celestial birth, mineral infiltration, precious reserve, and vitalising spring, each influencing the spa's ambiance, treatments, and architecture.

Featuring six individual and two couples treatment rooms with panoramic views of the alpine landscapes, the spa ensures a deeply immersive experience. Guests are greeted by an arched entryway showcasing a film about the water cycle, setting the tone for their visit.

Facilities extend to an outdoor hydro-circuit, a snow room, plunge pool, sauna, steam room, an inviting indoor pool, and an aqua bar. Patrick Saussay, the project's lead consultant, emphasizes the spa's design mimics mountainous contours and water-shaped décor to foster relaxation, rhythmic breathing, and alpine tranquility.
