Hibiscus: an extraordinary culinary experience in London – before, during and after he Olympics (United Kingdom)
In the heart of Mayfair, between two shopping sprees, Hibiscus offers a stylish and contemporary setting in which Claude Bosi creates a unique cuisine. It is personal, daring and authentic but also masterful, balanced and almost obvious. Seasonal produce on the one hand. And intuition and modern techniques of this Grand Chef, who learned the ropes in particular with Alain Passard and Michel Rostang, on the other. A very special moment.
