Alaska Airlines is Hiring More than 3,500 Employees This Year

2023 could be the year you consider working for an airline.
Alaska Airlines announced plans to hire more than 3,500 employees in a variety of roles and functions this year. We need thousands of people to join our Alaska family as we grow and add dozens more airplanes to our fleet.
We have positions available for everyone who is interested in joining our team, from maintenance technicians to call center agents, pilots to flight attendants, customer service agents, and software engineers.
Many of the new jobs are located at our hubs in Seattle, Portland, and other locations along the West Coast. Some roles offer flexibility and the possibility to work remotely. The majority of these positions don't require any previous airline experience. This is the ideal time to start a new career. The openings will be posted at careers.alaskaair.com throughout the year.
Andy Schneider, Alaska Airlines' senior vice president for people, said, "It's a great time to join our staff, and we're eager to welcome more great individuals to Alaska." We offer many positions and pride ourselves in nurturing talent, providing opportunities to learn new skills, and moving into challenging new roles. Join our winning team!
Below is an estimate of the number of new employees we will be seeking for each position this year.
