According to data from Carnival Corporation, Carnival Cruise Line’s ships occupancy this summer has increased to three million guests, with an impressive average of 95.000 passengers per week.

Carnival has reached this mark via fluent operations in its busiest home-ports: PortMiami, Port Canaveral, Galveston, Long Beach, New Orleans, Tampa, Charleston, Baltimore, Mobile, Jacksonville, Norfolk, Seattle, San Francisco and New York. These ports have been strategic points boosting the company’s services, while generating increasing revenues and contributing with considerable economic impact across all 14 locations.

Carnival president Christine Duffy added:

“Carnival set the pace for the industry as the first major cruise line to return to full guest operations in the U.S., and we continue to lead as we now have welcomed three million guests who have enjoyed much-needed vacations. The economic benefit to our home-ports and destinations is also significant and we are looking forward to restarting cruise operations in Australia this October.”

Also, a very popular Carnival cruise itinerary following the pandemic is the one in Alaska, with more than 100.000 passengers set to embark on memorable holidays across the Pacific Northwest, from both Seattle and San Francisco home ports. Moreover, Carnival Pride is deployed to sail across 40 popular ports in 17 countries, with departures from Barcelona, Spain and Dover, England, all over the summer season.
