This 150-room hotel emerges as the premium centerpiece of the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, Perth's rapidly evolving urban growth corridor. Developed in collaboration with Hesperia, a leading Western Australian property developer, the hotel is poised to attract a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers, including visitors to nearby hospitals and Murdoch University.
Strategically situated about 10 minutes from Perth's Central Business District and 25 minutes from Perth International Airport, the hotel's location is ideal for travelers seeking convenience and accessibility.
