Direct Flights from Dublin to Beijing Resume with Hainan Airlines

Airlines & Airports

Dublin Airport announces the return of Hainan Airlines' direct service connecting Dublin with Beijing, marking a significant milestone in the restoration of international travel links. As of April 2, the airline has reintroduced its non-stop flights, providing passengers with a convenient and efficient route between Ireland and China's capital.

Initially, Hainan Airlines will offer two weekly flights on this route, departing Dublin every Tuesday and Saturday at noon. In response to anticipated demand, the frequency will increase to four weekly flights from June, with services on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Passengers can take advantage of a special introductory fare starting at €440 return for flights between April 2 and May 14. The airline aims to cater to both leisure and business travelers, facilitating easy access to Beijing's rich cultural heritage and booming economic centers.

The service will be operated using an Airbus A330-300 aircraft initially, with plans to incorporate the Boeing 787 Dreamliner alongside the Airbus A330-300 from June, enhancing passenger experience with state-of-the-art cabin features and comfort.

Founded in January 1993, Hainan Airlines has established itself as one of China's leading carriers, achieving significant growth and recognition as a SKYTRAX five-star airline. The resumption of the Dublin to Beijing direct service underscores the airline's commitment to expanding its international footprint and offering premium services to its customers.

This development is warmly welcomed by Dublin Airport, reinforcing its role as a key hub for international travel and strengthening ties between Ireland and China. Travelers interested in booking flights or seeking more information about the Dublin-Beijing service can visit Hainan Airlines' official website.

The relaunch of this direct route is a positive sign for the recovery of the aviation sector, offering new opportunities for cultural and economic exchange between Ireland and China.
