Grupo Xcaret to open new hotel in Riviera Maya

According to the Mexican hospitality company, the new property is expected to welcome its first guests in 2025.

This will be the fourth hotel of the group, to be located on the coast of the Riviera Maya, in Quintana Roo, featuring 1.800 new suites expecting their visitors aiming to relax in a more tranquil area of the country.

The hotel is expected to be designed by using traditional Mexican art accents, while at the same time offering state-of-the-art amenities carrying the Xcaret exclusive signature.

The new hotel will join the other three properties of Grupo Xcaret - Hotel Xcaret Mexico, Hotel Xcaret Arte and the luxurious La Casa De La Playa resort.

According to travel magazine Travel and Leisure, Hotel Xcaret is the 17th best hotel in Mexico, offering its guests exciting adventure experiences, luxury facilities, guided tours and multiple dining options.

According to the recent statements of the executive director of Xcaret Hotels, Franciso Gutierrez, the hospitality group has ambition expansion plans: it aims to launch 5 more hotels in Mexico, across Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen and Cancun.

“[Grupo Xcaret] is not only growing hotels – we are going to grow parks”, Gutierrez commented.
