The latest innovations were presented in latest video presenting facilities upgrading Los Angeles International Airport to a world-class hub.

According to the official release, the Midfield Satellite Concourse will ease passenger access from Tom Bradley International Terminal through 12 new gates, currently under construction.

The interior design elements will surprise travelers with modern features, with options for both relaxation and dinning. Moreover, 14 automated Screening Lanes are also being introduced at the Security Screening Check Point in the airport.

The latest technology enables airport authorities to screen more passengers during one hour, as well ease the travelers’ flow. The passengers’ screening capacity is expected to grow with almost a thousand more persons after the upgrades will be completed.

The upgrades will represent a convenient and reliable way for the passengers to access LAX terminals, in both directions. The project’s end is scheduled for next spring, as an automated People Mover is also set to open by 2023.
