KLM extends Middle East flight cancellations
KLM has extended its suspension of flights to parts of the Middle East, citing ongoing uncertainty in the region.
The airline confirmed that services to Riyadh and Dammam will remain cancelled until at least June 14, 2026. The decision is aimed at providing greater clarity for passengers with upcoming travel plans.
Flights to Dubai will also remain suspended through the same date, in line with previous announcements.
KLM said the move reflects continued concerns about operational conditions and safety in the region, even as the situation evolves.
The airline added that it is closely monitoring developments and will update its schedule as conditions change. Passengers affected by the cancellations are being informed and offered rebooking or refund options.
The extended suspension highlights the ongoing impact of geopolitical tensions on international aviation, particularly on routes connecting Europe with the Middle East.
