This addition marks a significant step in the international hotel group's expansion, with over 540 properties across 56 countries, now including the enchanting island of Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Located on the pristine northern coastline of Zanzibar Island, the Anantara Zanzibar Resort will feature a total of 181 keys, including 37 luxury suites, a presidential villa, and a collection of one- and two-bedroom sea view villas, each boasting private pools. Additionally, the resort will offer a range of one to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, all adorned with contemporary décor and modern comforts, reflecting the unique style and materials of the region.
Culinary exploration will be at the forefront of the resort's offerings, with six dining venues planned, including a specialty beach grill, a beach club bar, and an al fresco pool bar, among others. Guests will also enjoy a host of premium amenities, such as an Anantara Spa, water sports club, and extensive meeting and event spaces, catering to both leisure and business travelers.
