In an exciting announcement today, MSC Cruises unveiled 'Cliffhanger,' the first and only over-water swing ride at sea, scheduled to make its grand debut on MSC World America in April 2025. This thrilling ride will be a standout feature of the ship's Family Aventura district, perfectly designed for thrill-seekers looking for an adrenaline rush while cruising.

Cliffhanger offers a unique experience, with four seats that initially rest close to the deck before being lifted by powered arms high over the ship’s edge. Riders will swing back and forth, soaring 50 meters above the ocean, offering breathtaking views of the water and sky. This exhilarating ride promises to be a major attraction, combining adventure with stunning vistas.

MSC World America is poised to become MSC Cruises’ newest U.S. flagship, with its naming ceremony scheduled at PortMiami on April 9, 2025.
