MSC Cruises Launches New Winter Itinerary in the Canary Islands for 2024-25

MSC Cruises introduces a new winter 2024-25 sailing itinerary in the Canary Islands with the MSC Opera, offering 7-night voyages across six ports, flexible embarkation, and extended stays to explore the rich cultures and landscapes.
MSC Cruises is set to captivate travelers with a novel winter itinerary, anchoring its operations in the Canary Islands for the 2024-25 season. With sales already underway, the cruise line introduces MSC Opera's 7-night sailings, encompassing six ports of call from 3 November 2024 to 16 March 2025.
The journey commences from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, weaving through Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, Puerto del Rosario in Fuerteventura, Funchal in Madeira, Santa Cruz de la Palma in La Palma, and Arrecife in Lanzarote, before circling back to Tenerife. This route not only showcases the Canary Islands' allure but also includes the scenic beauty of Madeira.
Offering flexible embarkation points across multiple islands, MSC Opera caters to convenience with options in Tenerife, Las Palmas, Madeira (Funchal), and Arrecife. The itinerary is designed to maximize the time in each port, allowing up to 16 hours for guests to explore the distinct culture, landscapes, and attractions of each destination.
This itinerary promises an escape into the warm climates of the Canaries and Madeira during the winter months, ideal for those seeking sun, sightseeing, and cultural immersion. With easy access through regular international flights to the islands, this program presents a compelling alternative to MSC Opera's previously planned Red Sea winter itinerary, now cancelled due to regional shipping risks.
