Railbookers Debuts South American Rail Journeys
Railbookers launches South American rail trips, featuring 21 itineraries in Peru, luxury trains, Amazon cruises, and Galapagos yachts.
Railbookers has introduced its first-ever train journeys in South America, launching 21 diverse itineraries with a focus on Peru. These tours offer a range of experiences from casual day trips to luxury rail journeys, spanning eight to 25 days. Each package includes train travel, accommodations, transfers, and all intra-South American flights.
The adventures typically begin in Lima and proceed to Cuzco, setting off to explore the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, Puno, and Arequipa among other iconic locations. Featured trains on these itineraries include the day trains like the Titicaca Train and Inca Rail, as well as luxury options such as Belmond's Hiram Bingham and the Belmond Andean Explorer, an overnight sleeper train.
Additionally, some packages offer luxury Amazon River cruises with Delfin Amazon Cruises and Aqua Expeditions. Beyond Peru, Railbookers also presents itineraries that combine Peruvian rail adventures with luxury yacht expeditions to the Galapagos Islands.
These trips are available for booking now, with departures scheduled from this month through 2025. Pricing varies, starting at $5,999 per person for an eight-day Peruvian tour, $10,499 for 12-day expeditions, and around $20,599 for longer, approximately 20-day adventures.
