Triple Bay employee village built by Amaala

Located in a wide lagoon on the coast of the Red Sea, the village will soon be ready to receive almost 20.000 Triple Bay employees.

Featuring residential homes and recreational amenities, the village is set to create high community standards and increase connectivity among Triple Bay personnel.

The construction of the site and its utility hub was assigned to Haif Trading & Contracting Company as recognition for their expensive building experience.

“Our designs lay a solid foundation for best-in-class employee living facilities and deliver optimal outcomes for inspiring lifestyle experiences,” stated Salman Bin Haif Al-Qahtani, deputy chief executive of the company.

The first works at the village are expected to be finished this year’s late spring, while Triple Bay’s first construction phase is scheduled to be finalized in 2024.

The Amaala project is located in the Prince Mohammad bin Salman Natural Reserve and, after its completion, will offer over 3.000 hotel rooms accommodation in 25 hotels, 900 luxurious villas and apartments, shops, restaurants and spa facilities, in high-standard resort along Saudi Arabia’s north-western coast.
