Throwback Food Festival Extended Through Eid Al Fitr 2024 in Qatar

Due to popular demand, Qatar Tourism announces the extension of the Throwback Food Festival at Old Doha Port until April 15, allowing visitors to indulge in multinational cuisines and Qatari traditions through Eid Al Fitr 2024.

In response to its overwhelming success, Qatar Tourism has announced an extension of the Throwback Food Festival, now set to run until April 15, 2024. The festival, which began at the start of Ramadan, was initially conceived as a month-long event to celebrate multinational cuisines and the rich traditions of Qatar during the holy month. Given its popularity, the festival will now include the Eid Al Fitr celebrations, providing an extended opportunity for families and visitors to enjoy a diverse culinary experience.

Located at the picturesque Old Doha Port, the Throwback Food Festival presents a glamorous ambiance adorned with elegant lighting, tapestry, and comfortable seating areas. Over 15 local, regional, and international restaurants participate, offering a variety of delectable cuisines. Among the featured restaurants are Beirut Restaurant, Popeye, Sidheeque Juice Stall, Omar Al Khayam, and many others, each bringing its unique flavors to the festival.

The festival operates daily from iftar till suhour, allowing visitors to indulge in an array of bites and sips under the pleasant spring weather in comfortable outdoor settings. The extension through Eid Al Fitr 2024 ensures that more visitors will have the chance to partake in this culinary and crafts experience.
