Welcome To World Class, A Global Campaign From Singapore Airlines
Today, Singapore Airlines (SIA) unveiled its newest global brand campaign, which will be promoted across TV, print, internet, out-of-home, and social networks.
The campaign, titled "Welcome to World Class," represents the Airline's dedication to providing a first-rate experience for passengers at every stage of their trip.
“At Singapore Airlines, service excellence is deeply ingrained in our DNA and our customers are at the heart of everything we do. This campaign highlights our unwavering commitment to deliver a world-class travel experience, no matter the duration of the journey. Our award-winning cabin crew are central to this promise, with their rich and diverse experiences, as well as their dedication to customer service, having a positive impact on everyone around them”, stated with the occasion the carrier’s Executive VP Commercial, Lee Lik Hsin.
The 90-second ad campaign features SIA's legendary flight attendants, who symbolise an ideal via their wide-ranging interactions with individuals of different cultures.
SIA's world-famous in-flight service is made possible by the airline's employees because of the special bond they have with passengers and the unique way in which they combine empathy and respect.
The upbeat video was directed by director Liz Murphy and shot on location in Singapore, Auckland, Spain, India, and China. The Airline performed extensive research to gauge the worldwide awareness of its brand, and utilised the results to craft a marketing strategy with an international appeal.
