AccorHotels launched its first UK television ad campaign to reinforce its position on the hospitality market


The new campaign guarantees the company's best prices are available on-line, via AccorHotels official website. Under the slogan “Feel Welcome from the first click”, the campaign is set to underline the simplicity of on-line booking process and to raise brand awareness around UK.


The 20-second films for TV and their 30-second versions for digital markets were created by Publicis advertising agency and features Downton Abbey’s Michelle Dockery voice-over.


Chris Roe, vice president and sales director at AccorHotels, declared:


“AccorHotels.com is already the leading on-line hotel booking platform in several markets including France and Germany, but it doesn’t have the same level of awareness in the UK.


“This campaign will help to define us in the UK market. People know our hotels and our brands but this campaign will introduce consumers to AccorHotels.com as a booking platform for the first time.”


The advert will air on ITV, Channel 4, Sky, ITV Digital and Channel 4 Digital during March.


The AccorHotels group is present in over 92 countries throughout the world, accounting for 3.700 properties. In Britain, AccorHotels owns 200 hotels, including leading brands such as Ibis, Mercure, Novotel, Sofitel and Pullman.
