Air Canada Expands Summer 2025 Schedule with New Non-Stop Flights to Europe and the U.S.
Air Canada is set to enhance its Summer 2025 travel offerings by launching new non-stop flights and increasing capacity to key destinations across Europe, the United States, and Asia. The airline will introduce seasonal services from Montreal to Naples, Italy, and Porto, Portugal, while also resuming flights from Toronto to Prague, Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago, and Ottawa to London.
Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President, Revenue and Network Planning at Air Canada, stated, “Air Canada is pleased to provide our customers a wide array of destinations for their Summer 2025 travel. By leveraging our hubs in Toronto and Montreal, we will offer more than 100,000 weekly seats to 30 destinations across Europe and North Africa at the peak of next summer.”
Expanding Southern European Destinations
The new services from Montreal will open up travel options to the Amalfi Coast and the Douro Valley, complementing existing routes across the Mediterranean and Iberian Peninsula. The airline is also excited to restore service to Prague from Toronto and to reintroduce intercontinental flights from Ottawa to London Heathrow.
In addition to these new routes, Air Canada will increase the frequency of flights to Rome and Athens, providing up to three daily flights to each destination. Capacity will also be enhanced on routes from Toronto to Stockholm, Madrid, and Paris, with daily services being introduced or increased.
Strengthening Transborder Services
Air Canada is expanding its transborder services with new routes to Nashville from Vancouver and Cincinnati from Montreal, while also resuming service to Jacksonville from Toronto. “We will be offering 160,000 weekly seats to the U.S. during the peak of next summer,” said Mr. Galardo, emphasizing the ease of connections and the convenience of U.S. customs pre-clearance in Canada.
Additional daily frequencies will be added to key U.S. destinations, including Indianapolis, Boston, Tampa, and Dallas-Fort Worth. Montreal will see increased service to Denver, Nashville, and Raleigh-Durham, as well as expanded flights to Tampa.
Increased Capacity for Asian Markets
Air Canada is also enhancing its offerings to key Asian markets by resuming summer seasonal services to Seoul from Montreal and Osaka from Toronto, both serviced by Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. These routes will provide non-stop options for travelers between North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
