Eurostar launches new menu for Business Premier passengers

Eurostar Business Premier guests will enjoy exclusive dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of the train’s destination cities.
The latest summer menus are committed to the company’s sustainability policy, as they feature seasonal, local and controlled sourced traditional ingredients, such as fresh courgettes from Charbuy, beef from Aldens and tasteful goat cheese from Yonne.
Raymond Blanc OBE, who is also Eurostar’s Business Premier Culinary Director, commented:
“Travel is back on the menu, and we want to celebrate with new summer dishes that offer our Business Premier passengers fresh, seasonal flavours, whilst on the move. All the recipes are full of flavour, designed to complement each other and bring the best locally sourced ingredients to the plates of our Eurostar Business Premier travellers.”
The available menu will offer a wide variety of starters, salads, meats and fish, as well as several vegetarian dishes and sweets, in a selection personally picked and designed by Blanc.
Eurostar has also received the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) accreditation as a Two-Star Sustainability Champion thanks to its commitment to sustainability and environment friendly business approach.
