FILA sportswear brand to launch hotel in Shanghai
The company announced partnership with Hyatt Hotels; the new hotel is set to open in 2024.
The first ever FILA hotel in Shanghai will be part of the JdV series by Hyatt Hotels, owned and promoted by Hyatt. The “joie de vivre” hotels target young travellers and also offer pet-friendly accommodation.
Other JdV hotels are already successfully operating in Hollywood, Merced, Mountain View, Oakland, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Oceanside, Chicago, Baltimore, New York City, Nyack, Rome, Malmo, Stockholm, Austin, Toronto, Kitchener and Beijing.
“The hotel will not only be a unique expression of FILA’s history, culture, products and fashion trends, we believe that the young-hearted JdV by Hyatt brand experience will be a fitting reflection of FILA’s spirit of vitality,” commented Brian Yiu, CEO at FILA China.
FILA House will be located in the West Hongqiao Business District in Shanghai. FILA China is owned and managed by ANTA.
