Hilton London Bankside hotel has revealed the selection of Raoul de Souza as the newly appointed General Manager for the establishment.

With a quarter-century of experience in the hospitality sector, de Souza's global journey in the field has included stints at various properties worldwide, encompassing prestigious locations such as JW Marriott Grosvenor House London and Taj Palaces & Hotels in India.

Since May 2015, de Souza has been an essential member of the Hilton London Bankside launch team. Initially joining as the Director of Food and Beverage, he capably supervised a team of 92 individuals, playing a pivotal role during the hotel's initial opening phase. His ascent continued as he was elevated to the role of Hotel Manager in May 2016. In this capacity, he effectively steered the day-to-day operations of Hilton London Bankside, culminating in his well-deserved promotion to the position of General Manager this month.

In his new capacity, de Souza's responsibilities encompass preserving the hotel's distinct culture, investing in its personnel, and delivering an unparalleled experience to all patrons. A significant focus also lies on nurturing and advancing the hotel's connections with its local community and the broader Bankside vicinity.

Having accomplished the Henley Business School Strategy Program at the University of Reading and holding a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the National Council of Hotel Management in India, de Souza emerges as an adept and well-informed leader. His competencies translate into consistent and targeted outcomes for the property's top and bottom lines.

In reference to his recent designation, Raoul de Souza, the General Manager, expressed:
