Airline News

Starting this year's December, the airliner will commence operating again on the Frankfurt-Cape Town route
The three-times-a-week Lufthansa service between Frankfurt and Cape Town will be resumed from December 2nd.
The port city on South Africa’s southwest coast is the second most important market for the airliner, after Johannesburg. Cape Town will be served by a 279 passenger seats capacity Airbus A340-300, leaving the hub in Germany at 22:10. The long-haul departure trip to South Africa will last for 13 hours.
Flight number LH576 will return to Frankfurt in 12 hours, after leaving Cape Town at 18:30 and arriving in Frankfurt hub next morning at 11:00.
The flights are strategically scheduled to enable ideal connections with other destinations in the world served by the Lufthansa route network, while extending the company's portfolio and alliance with partner South African Airways.
