New Frankfurt-Panama City service at Lufthansa

The non-stop flight service between Frankfurt, Germany, and Panama City has been launched by Lufthansa



A five-times-weekly service will be operated by Lufthansa between Frankfurt Airport and the Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen in Panama City.


Theflights will be operated by an Airbus A340-300 plane, accounting for a total of 298 seats, both Economy and Business classes.


Juergen Siebenrock, vice president of Lufthansa German Airlines, commented on the occasion:


“It’s an exciting time at Lufthansa as Panama is one of several new leisure destinations that we are adding to our growing network.


“Passengers traveling from this new gateway will now be able to experience the quality service and premium products that Lufthansa has always been known to offer, including our brand new Premium Economy Class that offers extra space for comfort and relaxation, as well as an elevated experience.”


Additionally, a new code-share agreement between Lufthansa and Copa Airlines from Panama City will extend the current global network with more than 300 destinations in 101 countries for the passengers to enjoy.
