Amy Montagne, VP/GM of Nike Women’s category, articulated the brand's ambition, stating, “Our ultimate goal is to help more people move, feel good in their bodies and connect with what matters most – a life well lived.” The festival's programming mirrors the Collective's holistic fitness pillars: movement, mindfulness, nutrition, rest, and connection. Attendees can expect high-energy workouts, community runs, creative workshops, sound baths, yoga sessions, and panels discussing balance and well-being. Noteworthy contributors include heptathlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Team GB swimmer Alice Dearing, and former 400-metre runner Perri Shakes-Drayton.

Following its London kickoff, the Nike Well Festival plans to captivate audiences in Barcelona, Berlin, Istanbul, Johannesburg, Milan, and Paris. This initiative places Nike in direct competition with Les Mills Live and its partnership with Adidas, signaling Nike’s strategic entry into the fitness festival market. Despite ambitious moves in the fitness sector in 2023, including the launch of the Nike Well Collective and plans to hire 1,000 instructors, Nike's market performance has remained steady, with share prices unaffected by these announcements.
