In response to the recent landslide disaster on the Rize-Artvin highway, AJet has announced special provisions for passengers traveling between December 8, 2024, and December 11, 2024, on flights to or from Rize (RZV). The new measures apply to both group and individual passengers with tickets issued on or before December 8, 2024. These passengers will have until December 11, 2024, to make use of these options.

Flexible Reservation Changes

AJet will allow passengers to modify their reservations in line with the original fare rules, offering greater flexibility in case of disruption.

For passengers with unused tickets, AJet is providing free refunds without any penalties. Additionally, for tickets that have been partially used but not completed, AJet will offer refunds for the unused portion of the flight, also without charge.

Extension of Ticket Validity

Passengers who are unable to travel as scheduled can extend the validity of their tickets until December 22, 2024, without incurring any additional fees or penalties.
