Athens International Airport Announces Transport Disruptions Due to Strike on February 28th, 2024

Due to a strike on Feb 28, 2024, Athens Airport announces no Suburban Railway/Metro, limited bus services (09:00-21:00), and no taxis (Feb 27-29). Regional buses normal.

Suburban Railway and Metro Services Unavailable

Regional Buses Operating Normally

As a silver lining, regional bus services will continue to operate as normal. Passengers traveling from areas outside Athens may still be able to use these services for their transportation needs to and from the airport.
