Athens International Airport Announces Transport Disruptions Due to Strike on February 28th, 2024

Due to a strike on Feb 28, 2024, Athens Airport announces no Suburban Railway/Metro, limited bus services (09:00-21:00), and no taxis (Feb 27-29). Regional buses normal.

 

Athens, Greece – Athens International Airport (AIA) has issued an announcement regarding significant disruptions to public transport services to and from the airport due to a scheduled strike on Wednesday, 28th of February 2024. Suburban Railway and Metro Services Unavailable

The strike will affect both the Suburban Railway and Metro services, which are key transport links for passengers traveling between the city and the airport.
