Emirates Launches Chauffeur-Drive Service for First and Business Class Passengers in Riyadh
Emirates has introduced its exclusive Chauffeur-Drive Service (CDS) in Riyadh, offering a luxurious and stress-free travel experience for First and Business Class passengers. The service is available for customers flying on any of Emirates' three daily flights to and from Riyadh, providing a door-to-door experience that mirrors the airline’s premium in-flight services.
The CDS is complimentary for passengers within a 100-kilometre radius of King Khalid International Airport. For customers residing beyond this radius, excess mileage charges will apply. Emirates offers this service in over 70 cities globally, further reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service on the ground as well as in the air.
Seamless Booking Process
Passengers can book the Chauffeur-Drive Service through the "Manage My Booking" section on the Emirates website, via Emirates' call centres, or through travel agents. This added convenience ensures that premium travelers enjoy a seamless and elevated journey from the moment they arrive at the airport.
Commitment to Luxury in Saudi Arabia
Emirates’ recent investments in its operations to Saudi Arabia demonstrate the airline’s dedication to enhancing its service offerings for one of its most important markets. The airline’s new developments include a luxurious US$5.4 million, 900-square-metre lounge at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, which caters to up to 190 guests at a time.
Additionally, in early October, Riyadh became the first GCC destination to welcome Emirates’ refurbished Boeing 777, featuring an all-new Business Class cabin and Premium Economy seats. The retrofitted aircraft provides enhanced privacy and direct aisle access for Business Class passengers, while the Premium Economy class offers a spacious seat and premium experience for both business and leisure travelers. Starting from 22 November, Dammam will also be served by Emirates' retrofitted Boeing 777.
Emirates' Continued Investment in Saudi Arabia
Emirates also operates its iconic Airbus A380 on triple-daily flights to Jeddah, featuring a range of world-class services such as the exclusive Onboard Lounge, Shower Spa, private First-Class suites, and more. The airline is deeply committed to supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, facilitating international connectivity, boosting tourism, and contributing to the country’s economic growth.
In a further expansion of its local partnerships, Emirates recently announced an extended interline partnership with Riyadh-based flynas, providing customers with more travel options across both airlines' networks.
Extensive Flight Network
Emirates currently operates 72 weekly flights between Dubai and Saudi Arabia, serving four key gateways: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina. This expanded presence solidifies Emirates’ position as a leading international carrier in the region.
