Edgewater Group has extensive knowledge in managing and owning historic boutique hotels such as The Wyvern Hotel, Punta Gorda Florida, and The Coombs Inn & Suites, Apalachicola Florida. Edgewater continues to focus on smaller markets such as Americus and is committed to the communities where its properties are located. The purchase of the Historic Windsor Hotel will support that.

Each room at the Windsor is unique, with each room exuding its Southern charm and style. The Windsor Hotel has hosted many notable guests over the years, including President Jimmy Carter and Mrs. Carter. Franklin D.
