Kerzner Announces One&Only Resort Development in Antigua for 2027

Kerzner International Holdings Limited, known as “Kerzner” is pleased to reveal the formalization of an agreement for the development and construction of a new One&Only resort and community of Private Homes in Antigua.

This upcoming inclusion to One&Only’s portfolio is set to welcome guests as early as 2027, increasing the ultra-luxury brand’s presence into the Caribbean. Antigua’s captivating, diverse and scenic beauty will intertwine with One&One’s renowned hospitality to deliver a perfect resort experience.

The new resort is positioned on the calmer southeast part of the island at Half Moon Bay. Staying true to their commitments and values, One&Only’s location in Antigua comes after a careful selection process, occupying a prime spot on the island’s most splendid coastlines.

Overlooking a serene semi-circular beach and positioned next to a protected national park, the expansive 132-acre site features cliffs that provide sweeping views of the Caribbean. In the realm of glamorous tropical getaways, Antigua retains its standing and natural marvels, appealing to luminaries across the world with its untouched surroundings.

The anticipated debut in Antigua is only one of the eagerly awaited resorts created by One&Only. The list includes One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai U.A.E. (launching January 2024), One&Only Kéa Island in Greece (scheduled for Spring 2024), and One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky Montana, United States.
