
Munich Airport Expands International Network for Summer 2025

Starting from March 30, 2025, Munich Airport will usher in its 2025 summer timetable, offering over 214,000 flights to 216 destinations across 68 countries. The summer schedule will run until October 26, 2025, with 73 airlines increasing their services, offering passengers a wealth of new travel opportunities.

Cathay Pacific will launch a four-times-weekly service to Hong Kong, flying with Airbus A350 aircraft.

Discover Airlines opens a new long-haul base at Munich, serving Orlando, Windhoek, and Calgary three times a week using Airbus A330 aircraft.

Lufthansa will base all eight Airbus A380 aircraft in Munich, operating daily flights to Boston, New York/JFK, Los Angeles, Washington, Delhi, and Denver (starting April 30). Lufthansa will also increase frequencies to Bangalore and San Diego and will begin service to Tromsø, Norway.

Vietnam Airlines increases services to Hanoi to three times a week and continues to offer twice-weekly flights to Ho Chi Minh City.

EVA Air will operate non-stop flights from Munich to Taipei starting May 17 with the introduction of a Boeing 787 in a three-class configuration.

Etihad Airways will operate twice-daily flights to Abu Dhabi starting in May with the latest Boeing aircraft.

SCAT Airlines will begin service to Shymkent, Kazakhstan, three times a week from the end of May.
European Network Expansion

easyJet will operate twice-daily flights to Rome-Fiumicino, and ITA Airways will serve Milan-Linate from Terminal 2 with the same frequency starting March 30.

Pegasus Airlines will increase its services to Istanbul-Sabiha Gökçen, with up to 25 weekly flights.

Condor will enhance flexibility for business travelers, offering daily morning and evening flights between Munich and Frankfurt, along with up to 120 departures per week, serving destinations like the Greek islands and the Canary Islands.
