New River Nile Cruise To Begin In Winter 2024

TUI River Cruises To Debut TUI Al Horeya Cruise Ship
With great anticipation, the river cruise operator will launch seven-night, all-inclusive round-trip voyages from Luxor aboard of a newly renovated five-star ship with the empowering name TUI Al Horeya featuring 74 staterooms, including singles, doubles, and suites. The ship can comfortably host 145 guests.
In addition, London Gatwick and Manchester will each be available for two weekly flights to Luxor, a city with a fascinating mix of ancient and modern history, buildings, and tradition. From November 7, 2024, through April 24, 2025, TUI is the only travel company that will provide direct, non-stop service from the United Kingdom to Luxor on Thursdays.
Throughout the journey, licensed Egyptologists will be available to respond to any inquiries and improve the overall consumer experience. The cutting-edge vessel will have a rooftop pool, two whirlpools, a theatre, an eatery with both indoor and al fresco seating, a lounge bar, a spa, and a quaint little store.
TUI Al Horeya will also offer a day and night entertainment schedule providing guests a broad selection of excursions hand-picked by industry experts and certain to take them back centuries to the age of pharaohs and kingdoms.
The sailing package price will cover admission to both the Temple of Horus in Edfu and the temple in Kom Ombo. To provide passengers as much leeway as possible throughout their voyage, many different excursion options will be provided at both Luxor and Awan, such as exploring the Nile Valley with its stunningly elegant Sphinx Avenue and Temples of Karnak and Luxor; hearing and seeing the narrative of Thebes and its pharaohs brought to life at Karnak Temple; sailing aboard a typical felucca to the island where the Nubian village is situated; visiting the 1960s-built Phllae Temple and the nearby High Dam.
The TUI Al Horeya is the newest addition to TUI River Cruises' fleet of four ships that cater only to adults. Bookings have increased by 40 percent year over year, thus the launch of the new service is well timed. On November 7, 2024, the ship will set sail on its first voyage.
All-Inclusive rates start at £1399 for a stateroom on Deck 2 with a Superior French Balcony. The cost covers round-trip airfare and transportation from London Gatwick Airport on December 5, 2024.
