Ryanair updates app
Airline News

Ryanair has announced the launching of a new update on their mobile app. The update is intended to amplify usability, offering fresh check-in information and other low fares info as well.
Ryanair have made their app available for both iphone and android. The interface is user friendly, allowing specific profiles and login options via ‘My Ryanair’. Engaging in the app will provide information on Rynair routes (more than 1600 fares). The process also speeds-up booking and seat allocation.
It also includes options to manage bookings, hotels and cars.
This particular update focuses on improving the booking service with the Business Plus options included.
The Ryanair app can be set-up in English, Italian and Spanish, with more languages to be added in the future. Given that it is free, the app has already been downloaded 2 million times from the app stores and from ryanair.com, the carrier’s official website.
“The response to our new app has been hugely positive, with over 2m downloads to date. Our latest version offers customers a smoother booking process, access to our new Business Plus service and clears old boarding cards from the system. We are working hard to continue to improve our app with further updates that will make it an even more useful travel tool.” - Ryanair’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kenny Jacobs
