Spain lifts all remaining Covid requirements

All of Spain's remaining Covid limitations have been removed, as of today the country was the last remaining in Europe to regulate visits from outside the European Union.
EU and non-EU residents will no longer need to provide documentation of Covid-19 immunization, recovery, or a negative Covid test starting today, October 21, 2022. Additionally, filling in a health control form prior to travel is no longer mandatory for incoming visitors, regardless country of origin.
"All COVID-19 travel restrictions for travellers to Spain have been lifted. The rules that previously applied to travellers coming to Spain no longer apply", quotes the official government’s webpage.
The measure also applies to tourists from the UK and the U.S., who were subjects to special border regulations until this recent decision.
With Spain's removal of all pandemic related travel restrictions, all European countries have finally accomplished Covid-free border requirements.
Before the Covid-19 outbreak, Spain was the second-most visited country in the world and the preferred destination for British tourists.
