Terminal 3 to be reopened at Manchester Airport

The second runway at Manchester Airport will gradually reopen for selected airlines.
Passengers using Aurigny, British Airways, Eastern Airways, Iberia Express, Loganair, Ryanair and Vueling services will use terminal one and terminal three for check-in and go, and return routes respectively. As both terminals are in close vicinity to each other, travellers can easily make arrangements for their trips.
Flybe will also be added to the list when the company will be resuming Manchester operations during the next months.
Karen Smart, MD at Manchester Airport, declared about the decision:
“After almost two years of closure, it is a positive step forward on the road to recovery to be able to partially reopen terminal three and resume operating from both runways.
“We have taken this decision in light of an increase in passenger numbers since Covid-19 restrictions were lifted, which is projected to continue into the summer.
“People who these changes apply to should make sure they bear this in mind when making their travel arrangements.”
The second runway is set to relaunch for operations next Tuesday and will gradually increase service depending on demand.
