Introduced just two years ago, the Fleet Cruise Director position has rapidly become integral to Carnival's operations, with Weigand being the fourth to be promoted into this role. Weigand's journey with Carnival began in April 2015, advancing from the entertainment staff to a cruise director role in November 2018. She has significantly contributed to the onboard entertainment across several ships, including Carnival Spirit, Carnival Sunrise, and Carnival Horizon, among others.
