Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Open Three New Hotels

Wyndham Hotels & resorts has opened three new hotels in Shanxi Province, China.

The Wyndham presence in China is enhanced by the opening of three new hotels, Wyndham Grand Shanxi Xiaohe Xincheng, Wyndham Shanxi Xiaohe Xincheng and Wyndham Shanxi Xiaohe Xincheng. These hotels are located next to the Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Centre and offer a variety of meeting facilities and amenities for conference participants and business travelers.

The Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Centre, 32 km from Taiyuan Wusu International Airport TYN, is the largest and most modern meeting space in Shanxi. The Centre heavily uses green construction technologies. It has close to 70,000 square metres of solar panels on the roof. This generates approximately 8.4 million kilowatt hours of electricity per year. In addition to lighting 650,000 square meters of convention space, it also houses electric vehicle chargers. According to data from the local government, Shanxi Province's GDP grew by 5.3 percent during the first quarter of 2022. This is the highest rate among all provinces. As business owners and government work together to make Shanxi a more popular destination, the expanding economy bodes well.
