RENAI By Renaissance marks the latest advancement of the brand's distinctive Navigator program, connecting hotel guests with personally curated local experiences from Renaissance Navigators – hotel associates deeply immersed in the neighborhood. Pioneering as the first of its kind across multiple properties, RENAI By Renaissance merges the newest technology with the hallmark hospitality defining the Renaissance experience.

Acknowledging the interest of Renaissance Hotel guests in clever and personality-infused emerging tech, RENAI By Renaissance blends human touch with AI power. Renaissance Navigators have contributed their insights to train RENAI By Renaissance with their top selections, designated by a compass emoji.
