Singapore Airlines to Launch Services to Beijing’s Daxing International Airport

Singapore Airlines (SIA) will commence daily flights between Singapore and Beijing’s Daxing International Airport starting 11 November 2024, pending regulatory approvals. This new route enhances access to Beijing, Hebei, and Tianjin regions, facilitating travel to numerous world cultural heritage sites.

Increased Frequencies to Beijing Capital

In addition to the new Daxing service, SIA will increase its flights to Beijing Capital International Airport from 18 to 21 weekly services beginning 5 August 2024. This expansion means SIA will offer 28 weekly flights to Beijing by November 2024, reinforcing its commitment to the Chinese market.

SIA Group's Presence in China

With the addition of Beijing Daxing, SIA Group, which includes its low-cost subsidiary Scoot, will serve 24 destinations in mainland China, demonstrating a strong dedication to this critical market.

Flight Details and Aircraft

Inaugural Flight Schedule

The first flight, SQ810, is set to depart Singapore at 0030hrs local time on 11 November 2024 and arrive at Beijing Daxing at 0635hrs local time. The return flight, SQ811, will leave Beijing Daxing at 0925hrs local time, arriving in Singapore at 1550hrs local time.

Aircraft and Amenities

SIA will deploy its Boeing 787-10 aircraft for this route, featuring 36 Business Class seats and 301 Economy Class seats, ensuring a comfortable journey for all passengers.
