Twitter’s Airplane Love Story – Two Strangers Fall in love from NYC to Dallas
LaGuardia airport in New York City is the place where Twitter’s newest love story started – the two boarded as strangers and landed as possibly in love
Even though flying comes with a lot of stress, adrenaline and lack of sleep, there are things that are completely worth it. Between security, boarding and stuffing your bags in the tight overhead bins, there are moments that you experience or witness that are completely worth it. Take this story, for example:
A few days ago, Twitter user Rosey Blair shared a story that soon became viral, an unbelievable encounter with love at first sight, the kind of thing that brings tears in your eyes and gives you hope. As she explained, Blair and her boyfriend Houston boarded a flight from New York City to Dallas and were seated in different rows.
Soon, the pair asked the woman standing in front, identified as Helen, to switch seats. This, apparently, triggered a love chain reaction as soon as Helen came close to the person seating next to her, Euan Holden.
Rosey Tweteed:
“Last night on a flight home, my boyfriend and I asked a woman to switch seats with me so we could sit together. We made a joke that maybe her new seat partner would be the love of her life and well, now I present you with this thread.”
This is the tweet that started an entire activity on Twitter, and for good reasons! Blair said that the two of them immediately started chatting and got to know each other, learning that they are both personal trainers, live in Texas, are vegans and love their families very much.
Throughout the journey, Blair took the wheel and shared some hilarious photos of the two love birds, showing the two cozying up on the flight. The pair got closer and even split a cheese board.
After that, she showed him family photos and discussed about how much they love their families.
According to Blair, the pair exchanged digits and are now following each other on Instagram. Even though only time will tell if it’s true love, at least they enjoyed an amazing plane ride.
