Eurowings Expands Winter 2024/25 Flight Schedule with More Destinations and Increased Services

Airlines & Airports

Eurowings, Germany's largest leisure airline, has announced an extensive expansion of its winter flight schedule for 2024/25, offering travelers over 120 direct destinations across 37 countries on 344 routes from October to March. This expansion includes increased services to the Persian Gulf and new connections to Northern Europe.

Doubling Services to Dubai

Travelers looking to experience the vibrant city of Dubai will be particularly pleased with the airline's enhanced offerings. Following the successful launch of new routes in the previous year, Eurowings is now doubling its flights to the desert metropolis. Starting 27 October, the airline will operate daily flights from Berlin to Dubai, and up to four weekly flights from Stuttgart during peak times. Additionally, Cologne-Bonn will join the list of departure airports, offering three flights per week to Dubai for the first time in the winter of 2024/25.

New Destinations in Saudi Arabia and Cairo

Eurowings is also introducing Jeddah in Saudi Arabia as a new winter destination, with flights scheduled three times a week from both Berlin and Cologne-Bonn. Moreover, the airline will connect Düsseldorf to Cairo, Egypt’s capital, with two weekly flights, marking a new addition to its flight schedule.

Expanding Connections to Northern Europe

Responding to the growing interest in travel to Northern Europe, Eurowings will launch new connections from Stuttgart and Hamburg to Finland and Norway. This expansion highlights the airline's commitment to meeting travelers’ desires for diverse destinations during the winter months.

Here are some highlights of the new flight schedule by Eurowings:

  • From Berlin: 36 direct destinations, including daily flights to Dubai, and three weekly flights to Jeddah.
  • From Düsseldorf: 91 direct destinations, now featuring two weekly flights to Cairo.

International Growth and Additional Offers

The expansion is not limited to Germany. Eurowings passengers from the Czech Republic (Prague) will see additional flights to Alicante, continuing beyond the summer schedule. There will also be increased flights from Stockholm to both Berlin and Prague, as well as more frequent direct connections from Palma de Mallorca to various destinations in Germany and Austria, including Cologne, Dortmund, Berlin, Stuttgart, and Salzburg.
