Kempinski Group Signed Management Agreements for Projects in Turkey

News

The projects in Sapanca, Golkoy Bodrum were developed by Nef. They offer ultra-luxury living and a mix of residential and hospitality that will provide bespoke homeowners all the amenities and services they would expect from a luxury resort.

"Kempinski has been a key player in Turkey's development of hospitality since the opening Ciragan Pala Kempinski Istanbul 32 year ago,"

states Bernold Schröder Chief Executive Officer of Kempinski Group, Chairman of the Management Board for Kempinski AG. These prestigious new projects are a reflection of the growing demand from investors and owners for luxury residences managed by established operators in this space. We are honored to be selected by one Turkey's most renowned luxury developers to manage these exceptional properties.

Erden Timur is Chairman of the Board. He adds that "At this stage, we continue to invest in cooperation with prestigious brands in America and London, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Germany, and Kazakhstan." We are pleased to announce today our partnership with Kempinski. Kempinski is the oldest luxury hotel company in the world.

Kempinski Homes Nef Reserve Golkoy Bodrum is nestled on 19 acres of olive and pine-covered hillsides overlooking the Aegean. It will house 106 private villas once it opens in 2026. The villas offer two to six bedrooms, with large gardens, verandas, pools, verandas, and indoor-outdoor living areas. Residents and owners will enjoy stunning views of Demirbuku Bay through large glass windows. A boutique hotel with luxury amenities will be available to guests.

Turkish architect Boran Elinci created homes that blend in with the natural environment using wood, stone, and other natural materials. The surroundings will be reflected in the colours and textures used: vibrant blues that reflect the sea and sky, and myriad greens with thyme, olive and sage colors. The villas are arranged in a landscape carefully sculpted by landscape architects. They blend into the natural contours and are connected by low-impact roads that can be accessed by electric buggies.

Owners have access to a host of amenities, beyond their custom-built homes. These include an Italian restaurant and yoga and pilates decks. There is also a separate outdoor swimming pool for children and an outdoor pool for adults. A private beach measuring 270 metres can be found on the property. Additionally, there are fitness facilities and a playground. There are three jetties that can accommodate private boats, and on-demand yacht charters allow residents to travel to Yalikavak Marina for luxury shopping and entertainment, which is just 20 minutes away. The owners will have access to security and concierge services 24 hours a day, gardening and maintenance as well as additional extras such as private chefs and wellness therapists, and transfers to Bodrum International Airport, 40 minutes away.

US $130 Million Kempinski Residences Sapanca will be open in 2026

The Kempinski Residences Sapanca and Turkiye were built with a US $130M investment. They will offer luxury living in the lush green surroundings of Sapanca Lake, 140 kilometres away from Istanbul. The 110 hotel rooms and suites, as well as 50 villas and the 138 townhouse apartments, are designed for those who value natural scenery, outdoor space, and easy access from Istanbul. They are surrounded with ponds, streams, and lush woodland that is perfect for running, walking, and biking. There are many restaurants, bars, a spa and fitness facilities to meet the needs of all guests.

"Sapanca is the region closest to Istanbul that has the highest premium potential. Erden Timur says that the combination of the natural setting, Istanbul's proximity, Nef architectural approach, and Kempinski services gives the project an incredible value. We designed five villas in different styles and paid attention to architectural details such as large verandas, terraces, and other architectural details. The result was a spacious living area with high ceilings, integrated kitchen design and a unique design. Residents will have the opportunity to enjoy all four seasons, intertwined and merged with nature. The first deliveries are planned for 2026.

Kempinski Hotel and Residences Sapanca, Turkiye owners will have access to a lakeside restaurant and three piers to fish and moor. A fitness center with sauna and hammam, as well as mini-football and basketball courts, outdoor yoga, and barbecue areas, will be part of the project. Additional services include personal chefs and trainers, 24/7 concierge and airport transfers, packing, gardening, and maintenance.

" These projects reflect high-net-worth investors' evolving lifestyles and growing demand for homes that offer access to natural spaces and luxury lifestyle services,"

states Bernold Schroeder. We are targeting a new breed discerning owners who value quality of life and family-time.

These new projects, which are in addition to the newly announced Kempinski residences at Cesme and Istanbul, make Turkey the most popular destination in the Kempinski portfolio. Kempinski currently manages three separate Residences in Istanbul and luxury hotels and residences in Istanbul, Bodrum, Belek and Belek.
