Princess Cruises has unveiled its latest culinary masterpiece, Love by Britto, aboard the new Sun Princess. This innovative restaurant marks a unique collaboration between renowned artist Romero Britto and culinary maestro Rudi Sodamin, offering guests an extraordinary dining experience.

Love by Britto combines Britto's vibrant, joyful artistry with Sodamin's culinary expertise to create a seven-course, prix fixe menu that is both a visual and gastronomic delight. This first-of-its-kind collaboration delivers a transformative dining experience filled with memories of love and art.

Located on deck 17 aft, the 68-seat venue immerses guests in Britto's bold, colorful designs, enhancing the romantic ambiance with extraordinary ocean views. The restaurant's decor and service aim to create a memorable dining experience.

Seven-Course Menu

The seven-course dining experience begins with aphrodisiacs like Oysters with Lemongrass Kafir, Mirin, and Gold Flakes. Entrées feature creative heart-shaped presentations, including:

• Tuna & Avocado with Pomegranate and Togarashi
• Cappuccino of Wild Mushroom soup
• Salad of Beets, Figs, and Goat Cheese
• Granita of Pink Champagne and Rose Petals
• Tail of Lobster Thermidor
• Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Jus

The dessert course, true to Love Boat style, features a heart-shaped Chocolate Lava Cake with Fresh Berries and Raspberry Cream, plus Petits Fours.
