New guest engagement solution by Messerschmitt Systems and SABA Hospitality

News

The two companies have announced the release of a personalized digital solution for hotel operators – now available in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Hoteliers can now access one single innovative end-to-end solution empowering guests to manage their entire journey via personal mobile devices. The project mixes SABA Hospitality’s awarded digital compendium, self-service ordering and AI chatbot and Messerschmitt’s access control and guest room management system technology (GRMS).

This way, customers will have the opportunity to boost guests’ journey with the help of a single technology practice, enhancing IT infrastructure and at the same time better meeting the expectations of their guests following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dr. Jörg Teunissen, CEO at Messerschmitt Systems, commented with the occasion of the launch:

“Partnering with SABA Hospitality provides us with an exciting opportunity to provide hotel operators a single digital platform that helps them personally engage with their guests to enhance the overall guest experience, while simultaneously driving revenue potential and improving operational efficiency.

“It further allows us to leverage our existing access control and GRMS technology and offer these services seamlessly through the guests own mobile device. This has become particularly crucial as hotels seek to recover from a challenging few years and fulfil a new set of guest expectations. Our combined technology offering transforms the way hoteliers can attract guests, exceed their expectations and gain their long-term loyalty.”

Alexander Wessels, Executive Director at SABA Hospitality, replied:

“For us, the focus has always been on not only providing exceptional guest facing solutions, but on making things easier for hotel operators. Centralization is a key pillar of this. Being able to provide multiple guest facing solutions in a single environment can significantly reduce the complexity of a hotel’s technology stack. Our collaboration with Messerschmitt Systems now allows the guest to enter their room, control the lights, temperature and curtains, order Food and drinks, ask questions and access all hotel information directly from their mobile phone. And everything is managed via a single, simple to use, dashboard.

“Across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, global brands such as Sofitel and Wyndham Vacation Clubs Asia Pacific trust our solutions to successfully improve engagement through highly personalized communication using a guests’ preferred communication style. Extending that offering combined with Messerschmitt Systems’ market leading GRMS, Access Control and integrated hotel technology solutions provides an exciting opportunity to deliver a unique and essential combined solution set to the hospitality market.”
