Riyadh to welcome Future of Aviation Forum
The Future Aviation Forum will be held from May 9 to May 11, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will focus on innovation, growth and sustainability of the civil aviation industry, as well as on drawing new investment in the sector.
s the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seen as a global logistics platform, the Forum can be a big opportunity also for it to become one of the most important aviation hubs in the world. Saudi Arabia expects $100 billion investments by 2030. The Kingdom also aims to built an enormous airport in Riyadh and launch a new national carrier set to boost travel in the region. In addition, as part of the strategic plan of the Civil Aviation Authority, the country aims to double both cargo and passenger capacity.
