Royal Atlantis resort to open in Dubai

The Korea Times newspaper announces that a new hotel will be soon built in Dubai, under the supervision and following the plan of famous Korean builder, Ssangyong. The projects that will cost 840 million dolars belongs to Royal Atlantis Hotel. The raising of this hotel was designed with the involvement of the Korean producer, Ssangyong signature being extremely important, especially as it has received many awards for some of the most imposing building in Dubai.

The newspapar reports that the Royal Hotel will receive a Gateway venture and an still anonymous office building complex for an expected expense of $370 million. Of the $1.6 billion contracts, Ssangyong, which was bought by the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), will earn $730 million, expressed the report. According to the arrangement, Ssangyong Engineering and Construction will design the new Royal Atlantis resort at Palm Jumeirah.

The Royal Atlantis Hotel will be a 47-store building,  owning 795 rooms and a 37-store flat working with 231 units. The Palm Gateway is an upscale loft complex with three structures and 1,265 units. The third venture is developing a few skyscraper office structures, said the report

Ssangyong E&C spokesman expressed officialy its hopes for a strong, safe, building with an inovative architecture, that can give added value to the Dubain landscape. Also the company's representative is looking forward to develope new such projects in the Middle Eastern countries.
