Qatar Airways Renews Partnership with UEFA
Qatar Airways is expanding its sports sponsorship portfolio by renewing its partnership with UEFA, becoming the Official Airline Partner for all UEFA men’s national team competitions. This partnership, an extension of the previous agreement around UEFA EURO 2020™, will commence with UEFA EURO 2024, scheduled to take place in Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024.
Historic Partnership and Upcoming Events
Qatar Airways first partnered with UEFA for the UEFA EURO 2020™. The 17th edition of the tournament will feature 51 matches across 10 German cities, with the final held in Berlin. An estimated 2.5 million guests and fans are expected to attend the event.
Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer, expressed enthusiasm for the renewed partnership:

Expansion and Commitment
In line with the renewed partnership, Qatar Airways will launch a new gateway in Hamburg, Germany, further expanding its network. This addition enhances the airline's connectivity to five destinations in Germany and 49 destinations across Europe, benefiting passengers worldwide.
Qatar Airways' commitment to sports is reflected in its extensive sponsorship portfolio. The airline is the Official Airline of several major sports organizations and events, including Formula 1, FIFA, The Asian Football Confederation, Paris-Saint Germain (PSG), Internazionale Milano, The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), CONCACAF, the FIA World Endurance Championship, the IRONMAN Triathlon Series, the United Rugby Championship (URC), European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR), The Brooklyn Nets NBA Team, and multiple other disciplines such as Australian football, equestrian, kitesurfing, motor racing, padel, squash, and tennis.
